Whether eclectic or polished, there were some standout ensembles popping up on the most popular street style blogs. Everyone with a keen eye for fashion is part of the influential figures in design. We see fashion as a social documentation, a catalogue of a generation dressing itself.

The Eighties are back!

This season, Christophe Decarnin has gone sexy Baroque 'n' roll, with a Balmain outing pitched somewhere between Prince's Purple Rain pomp and Louis XIV at Versailles. Several recent Balmain signatures, like bold-shouldered, glimmering minidresses, heavily detailed military jackets, and skintight leather made their requisite appearances, but this time round they're more refined and richer in texture with more ornate in detailing. It wouldn’t be a true Prince inspired collection without flared styles, which is a nice contrast from the usual second-skin bottoms that Decarnin usually displays.  So he stuck with his winning formula and combined it with a more decadent look Thursday at his Paris fashion show and nailed it again!

Street Style Blogs are the main service for fashion industry professionals worldwide.
This time the snapshots I chose are documented around the tents during the Fall 2010 Fashion Week in the biggest cities around the globe. The main key this Fall is keeping it sophisticated chic. We've revisited the '80s a few times already during Fall 2010 Fashion Week. Expect to witness a combination of the low and high fashion brands commonly associated with the creative fashion scene. Not just an entire copied version off the runway.
