The Misshapes DJ in Jardin des Tuileries
The influence that street style has on the runway and fashion trends, is undeniable. The phenomenon is practically unrecognizable from what it was just a few years ago. I, personally, get some good inspiration from roaming the quality street style blogs where all the city's most fashionable residents show off their stylish wares. Allthough it is known for creative minds showing off the newest trends in a wearable way, "street style" has changed a lot for the last years. The fact that "real people" are now too purposely and unsubtle dressing for the cameras,  has become a self-aware rather than accidental culture. Even industry professionals have the need to be photographed as a confirmation that they still matter in the fashion industry; Anna Dello Russo recently told the Telegraph, “In the beginning [being photographed for street style] was a little embarrassing. But sometimes now I think: ‘Oh, if I do not get photographed I will be miserable’. Allthough some people take it too far, it habecome an established part of the fashion industry. Yet again, I find some capturing trends and unique styles I wanted to share with you. Enjoy!
