Vogue couldn't say it any better: Donatella's fall collection set the mood with a Rooney Mara goth chick–meets–Flash Gordon galactic goddess.
Yet again, the show has a elegant and dramatic touch. There is an impressive couture craftmanship applied on most of the pieces, and a lot of features from the haute couture show came back in this fall collection. The dresses were cut in a way to accentuate the hourglass curves of a woman's body. Versace adorned her creations with Byzantine crosses, often bejeweled, another of her brother's favorite motifs. At times she enhanced the look with silver accents on the hips. black was dominating the collection but there was also a couple of pieces with bright colours with acid yellow and screaming orange, but they never seem to overpower the design and the cut. The detailing made the look complete: silver chains, crystals and jewel beading.
My personal favourite is the last dress: the long one shouldered dress.

*Do you like the collection?*
